Outcomes and measurement that will be used to demonstrate progress:
Improve customer service.
Increase revenue dollars.
Improve aesthetics.
Unit/Department: Martin Luther King Jr. University Union
Initiative: The University Union will upgrade the union to remain technology current, which will include equipment in 3rd floor meeting rooms.

Effectiveness: “Enhance the quality of academic programs”
Effectiveness: “Enhance technology equipment”
Outcomes and measurement that will be used to demonstrate progress:
Will be compatible with Eastern’s computer system. Will have needed hardware to run various software programs within the University Union. Unit/Department: Martin Luther King Jr. University Union
Initiative: Establish an information technology support position

Development and maintenance of Union web pages.

Initiative: Enhance the external building signage.
