ATTENDEES: Irv Canner, Finance Director, PDA
1) CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Henson called the meeting to order at 8:08 a.m.
2) APPROVE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 18, 2014 MEETING
Mel Low made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 18, 2014 meeting; Pat Barbour seconded. Motion passed without exception.
3) FINANCE REPORT
Mr. Canner reviewed the financial report ending March 31, 2015. Mr. Canner also presented the committee with the semi-annual report that will be submitted to the EDA. Chairperson Henson read the resolution that the Pease Development Authority Division of Ports and Harbors agrees that, to the best of their knowledge, the Revolving Loan Fund Program through March 31, 2015 is operating in compliance with the guidelines of the Economic Development Administration.
Pat Barbour made a motion to accept the semi-annual report and resolution; Mel Low seconded. Motion passed without exception. 4) NEW BUSINESS
Mr. White told the members of the committee that a couple of applications had been requested but not submitted. With the new federal restrictions in place, commercial fishermen are in the process of adjusting their business plans. Irv Canner said that while all the loans are up to date, payments have been inconsistent which a reflection on the struggling fishing industry is. He also mentioned that the new restrictions effect the Port in that people will not be booking fishing parties which means the parking fees will be down.
Mr. White also told the members that Pat Gradi had been give the responsibility of refilling UCC’s. Jess Patterson of the PDA had been doing them.

Pat Barbour made a motion to adjourn; Mel Low seconded. Motion to adjourn passed without exception. Meeting adjourned at 8:28 a.m.
