OFFICAL RULES – DASANI BIKE GIVEAWAY

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. Eligibility: Oklahoma State University employees and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) are not eligible. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation on this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

3. Complete the official entry form and deposit in entry box.

4. One entry per person per day is allowed.

5. Sweepstakes Start and End Dates: Sweepstakes ends at 11:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, September 5, 2013.

6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. A purchase of product will not improve odds of winning.

7. Prize Details: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Kent 21-speed Mountain Bike. No prize substitution is allowed. Prize is not transferable. Prize has no cash value. Winner will be chosen via a random drawing of all entries on Friday, September 6, 2013. UDS staff will verify if winner is eligible. If found eligible, winner will be notified at the daytime phone number listed on entry form. Winner will have until Friday, September 13, 2013 at 4:30PM CST to respond (1 week). If winner does not respond within the allotted time, another winner will be chosen. University Dining Services (UDS) will continue through these steps until a winner is chosen and has responded within the allotted time.

8. Prize Delivery: In order to claim their prize, winner will schedule an appointment to meet with a UDS representative in the UDS offices located at 076 Student Union. Appointment will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:30AM to 4:30PM CST. 9. Publicity: Winner agrees that UDS may use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
