The Council Approved the Following Change Requests

Meeting Brief October 29, 2015; 2:00 p.m.

1. Change Requests Considered October 29th

 The Council approved the following change requests:

i. Upgrade Agresso to Milestone 5

ii. Hide Three ReggieNet Course Tools

iii. Implement ACCOUNT ABILITY as ACA Contingency Plan

iv. Add Deceased Indicator to Redbird Card Interface

v. iPeople CMS Direct Bill Correction

vi. Correct Special Education Waiver Logic in SHS Interface

vii. Change ‘Emergency’ Contacts Table to Allow for Same Contact Name to be Entered

viii. Convert UIDs to SSN for 1099MISC

ix. Database Server Configuration

x. Add New Athletic Security Group in Schlage SMS Lock Software

 The Council deferred consideration of the following change requests:

i. Open 25 Live Access

ii. Change Rules Engine to Assess Transfer Credit Data

iii. Store Major GPA and Change Rules Engine to Reference

iv. Create List of Data Changes to Person Record. AT will work with the offices bringing this change request forward to determine if another approach (e.g., audit functionality) can be implemented in lieu of the proposed customization. If an alternative approach is not identified, the change request will be considered by the Council as soon as possible.

2. Council Action on Change Requests Considered Electronically

 The Council approved electronically on October 1, 2015 a change request entitled “Related Content Section in CS to Pull in External Transcripts” 1

 The Council approved on October 2, 2015 a change request entitled: ‘Once ‘Complete’, Certain Teacher Education Milestones Should Never Become ‘Not Complete’

 The Council approved on October 15, 2015 a change request entitled: “Update Registration Videos & UPKs”

3. Approval of Minutes

 The September meeting minutes were approved as presented.
