4. Fair Programme : Inauguration – Saturday, 12th Nov. 2016 at 11:00 AM.

: Business Days – 12th Nov. to 14th Nov. 2016 from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

5. Move In : a) Machinery Exhibiters on Thursday, 10th Nov. 2016 at 10:00 AM

b) Component & Leather Exhibiters on Friday, 11th Nov. 2016 at 10:00 AM.

6. Space : Standard Stall Size – Frontage 3 m & Depth 4 m = 12 Sq. M.

Hall B- Middle Row Stalls Frontage 4 m & Depth 3 M

7. Shell Scheme : 12 Sq. M. Stall will be furnished with:

*One Counter, *One Round Table, *Four Chairs, *Fascia with Company Name, *Six

Shelves/Six Hanger Bars, *Six Spot Lights, *One 3 Pin 5 Amps Socket, *One Trash

Bin & Carpet for stall Flooring.

8. Participation Charges: a) National Participants: Shell Scheme @ Rs.5500 per Sq. M

b) Overseas Participants: Shell Scheme @ €1500 / @ $1800 for 12 Sq. M

Note: Premium Location Charges

➤Corner stalls of 24 Sq. M 10 % extra ➤Entrance facing Stalls of 48 Sq. M 25 % extra

Centre Rows Corner Stall of 48 Sq. M (3 Side open) 10 % extra

✝Service Tax as applicable will be extra.

✝25 % of Amount to be paid with Application & Balance before 15th August 2016.

9. Mode of Payment:

a) Demand Draft in Favour of “Agra Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Chamber” Payable at Agra / Local Cheques

b) Overseas Participants can pay through Bank Transfer to HDFC Bank Ltd., Sanjay Place, Agra, U. P. (India) Account Number 01211450000408; ; IFSC CODE HDFC0000121; Swift Code HDFCINBB in favour of “Agra Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Chamber”

10. Facility for Temporary duty Free Import of Equipment for display in the Fair is available to overseas Exhibiters on payment of participation charges in Foreign Currency (USD / Euro)
