PROFILE:
An Associated Professor of Poultry nutrition at Animal and Poultry production Department, Assiut University with a wide range of experience in the Poultry Nutrition, Feed Formulation and Poultry Production. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving teaching, managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. First-class analytical, design and problem solving skills related to poultry nutrition and production. Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards of poultry production (Chickens, duckling, Geese, Quail, Turkey, pigeon and rabbit).
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
Preparing the courses by implementing a new quality assurance system to be approval. Following the modern methods of teaching and learning. Provide graduates with advanced methods for feed formulation. Prepare graduates with new poultry production programs. Prepare graduates to manage feed plants. Prepare graduates to serve in poultry extension services. Increased the acceptance level of final products (meat, eggs and feed). Manufacturing poultry feed from plant sources only (organic feed). Solved major poultry production problems which temporarily halted production.
1985 -1990
Demonstrator and Researcher of Poultry production at Assiut University Poultry Farm Assistant teaching of some graduate classes such as Poultry production, Animal and Poultry Nutrition, Basic of animal and poultry production, Water Fowl production, Meat production, Egg Production and Poultry Nutrition. Carried out an experiment to evaluate the effect of using some untraditional ingredient like Date Seed, Poultry manure, Rabbit excreta, Paste by products and hatchery offal on duck performance. Complete my MSc. thesis "THE EFFECT OF USING SOME NON- CONVENTIONAL DIETS ON DUCK MEAT PRODUCTION" 1990 – 1994

Increased and maintain the production of broilers farm during the summer season (they were almost stopped)
1994 – 1997
Travel to USA to complete my Ph.D thesis at Oklahoma State University (OSU) Spent 3 Years in research work with Prof.Dr Robert Teeter. During this period I was make many trails to decrease the effects of heat stress by using different methods to manipulate poultry diets. Attended many international conference related to improving poultry production under our conditions. Complete My PhD. thesis "DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO MANIPULATE CHICKEND DIETS UNDER HEAT SRESS" Participated team work and carried out many poultry nutrition trails.
1998 – 2015
Assistant professor of poultry nutrition at Assiut University Teaching many graduate classes such as Poultry Nutrition, Poultry Production, Poultry Management, Feed Formulation, Poultry Feeing under Heat Stress, Water Fowl Production, Pigeon and Quail Production, Meat Production, Egg Production and Feed Manufacturing. Teaching many Post graduate classes such as Advanced Poultry Nutrition, Feed Formulation by computer program, Problem of Poultry Farm, Feed Manufacturing, Vitamin and Mineral, Feeding Stressed Birds, Rabbit Feeding and Production and Turkey Feeding and Production. Supervising tow MSc. and one PhD students at Assiut University Member of Quality Assurance program at Assiut University. Attended many work shop about on line learning. Teaching on line courses relating to my failed. Teaching Feed Formulation course by using soft ware program. Performed some courses to put it in Network. Attended comprehensive work shop with American professors to improving our courses content. Managed all quality assurance in poultry feed factory and reported directly to the Factory Manager. Managed a team of poultry farm; assigning them tasks, and training them to modern methods of nutrition and production. Have comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding in computer skills. Formulated new poultry diets and conducted the relevant farm experiments. Have comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding about Climatic Chambers (design and operator) Travel to USA for 45 day as faculty member of US Faculty Development Program The coordinator of BSc. RESEARCH TECHNICIAN
Formulated new broilers diets and conducted the relevant farm and laboratory experiments. Performed a study to evaluate the effects of date seeds on ducks and rabbits production. Tested new diets (contained only plants sources) to check that on poultry performance (qualitative and quantitative).
Conducted many trails in the Climatic Chambers.
PLANT OPERATOR
Operated the Broilers and layer farms. Solved and fixed any production problems with the help of the service agriculture engineers. Operated feed analysis laboratory. Operated the poultry feed plant. 1. Rice bran as a factor in decreasing cholesterol level in blood and egg of laying hens. 2. Tolerance of Californian rabbits to different levels of dietary tannic acid. 3. Nutritive value of some non-conventional by-products as poultry feed ingredients. IV. Biological evaluation on Pekin duckling. 4. Effect of partial substitution of soybeans meal protein by urea in rabbit nutrition. 5. Evaluation of wheat straw based rabbit diets as supplemented with multi-enzymes preparation (Optizyme). 6. An evaluation of dietary crude protein level, crystalline amino acid fortification and Arginine: Lysine ratio on performance of broilers reared in thermoneutral and cycling temperature heat stress. 7. Arginine: Lysine ratio effects on performance and carcass variables of broilers reared in thermoneutral and heat stress environments. 8.
