ARKANSAS STATE CLAIMS COMMISSION

August 12 th & 13 th , 2004

On August 12th & 13th, the Claims Commission held its hearings in Suite 410 of the Main Street Mall Building, 101 E. Capitol Ave, Ste. 410, Little Rock, Arkansas, with the following Commissioners present to review motions and hear claims:

Thursday, August 12 th

(04-1215-CC) Vickie Blaylock vs. SOA. This claim filed for disability benefits in the amount of $10,000.00 was unanimously allowed in the amount sought following an admission of liability and a recommendation of payment by the Respondent.
