ICG-Castleton Venture teams with Point Ford Management Limited to secure funding for the Capella Georgetown
Castleton Hotel Partners (CHP), a newly formed joint venture between Point Ford Management Limited (PFML), Castleton Holdings and ICG Properties, has secured all funding, including construction financing from PNC Bank, required for the redevelopment of 1050 31st Street, NW into an ultra-luxury Capella managed hotel. Ricky Budhrani, head of PFML, a Southeast Asian based investment firm, stated that, “We certainly are excited to participate in this development, a clear niche that demands to be fulfilled in Georgetown.
