Clywedog Sailing Club Open Day

Clywedog Sailing Club will be hosting an open day at Llyn Clywedog, Llanidloes on Monday 5th May between 11am and 4pm for both beginners and more experienced sailors, who would like to have an enjoyable day out on the water.

Club Secretary Alison Davies said “The day will provide a great opportunity to go sailing with our experienced helmsmen and women in the various types of craft, from relatively stable but fast keel boats and beamy family boats, to exciting high performance dinghies. We will also have our access boats on the water for the less able.”

All are welcome to attend the event. Buoyancy aids will be provided and hot drinks and food will be on sale. For further information you can contact Alison by e-mailing [email protected].

To get to Clywedog Sailing Club from Llanidloes, follow the B4518 signed Llyn Clywedog. After approx. 2 miles turn left at the sign for Clywedog Sailing Club and continue for 3.5 miles to the Club itself.
