Fermoy Swimming Club Invitation Gala In association with An Garda Síochána We would like to invite your club to take part in our invitation gala to be held in Fermoy Leisure Centre on: Saturday May 30 h 2015 1. Entries by consolidated entry form only. All swimmers must be registered with Swim Ireland.

2. Entries without fees and late entries will not be accepted.

3. Closing Date for entries 25th May’15

4. Entry fee €5 per event. Relay €15.

5. Age Groups: 11& under 12 & 13 14 & 15 Senior Swimmers may swim up in relay

6. Entry times must be shown on the entry sheet. If no time enter N/T.

7. Fermoy Swimming club reserves the right to add swimmers at their discretion.

8. Warm Up at 9.00am sharp for 9.50 Start.
