ATTACHING MINUTE ORDERS TO CASES IN CWS/CMS
This is to advise staff that Juvenile Court Service support staff have begun attaching minute orders to cases in lieu of cutting and pasting portions of the minute order on the Results Page of a Hearing Notebook. You can find the attached minute order in the Hearing Notebook for a particular hearing under Court Documents. See the next page for a screen shot of a Hearing Notebook.
In addition, on the Results Page of a Hearing Notebook, the following notation will be entered “"see attached minute order in the court report notebook" 01-29-16 JCS/MV. Open Existing Document -- Court Open Existing Document -- Court
