How to Unlock Gates, Annex and Theatre:

How to enter code: Whether entering the annex or theatre, you will need to type in the four digit code listed above. If you have entered the code properly, the small light by the keypad will turn green. The door is now unlocked for several seconds. If you have entered it incorrectly, the light will turn red. Wait a few seconds and then try again.

***IMPORTANT*** Make sure the door closely firmly behind you. The theatre door is heavy enough to fall closed on its own, but still be sure that it’s latched shut, especially if you’re the last person to leave. The annex door will not latch shut on its own. You MUST pull it closed!

Gates: If you need to open the gates to the back parking lot, you will have to enter the theatre to get the key. As you open the door, there is a whiteboard on the right hand wall a few feet in from the door. Hanging just above that is a large wrench with the gate key attached (the very large key hanging off one end. Hard to miss).

Take the key outside and unlock the gates. There are three different locks, and they all use the same key. If you’re facing the front of the building, the gates are located:

1. Just to the left of the door is a small gate that connects the front and back parking lots for foot traffic. Unlock this gate and open it all the way. Lock the padlock back onto the gate. 2. To the right of the building is a single gate. If you unlock this and push it back towards the annex, it will catch and stay open. Lock the padlock back onto the gate. 3. To the left of the building is a set of double gates. Again, if you unlock these two gates and push them towards the annex, they will catch and stay open. You have to push them all the way open, flush with the fence. Lock the padlock back onto the gate.

***IMPORTANT*** You MUST lock the padlocks back onto the gates. If there is a chain, loop it through the chain before locking. We don’t want anyone to walk away with our padlocks or chains.

Once you’ve opened the gates, put the key back where you found it. The gates must all be closed and locked before the last person leaves. Make sure there are no cars in the back parking lot!
