Minutes from November 13, 2012 Meeting called to order by, Mark Andresky at 11:42 am Present – Larry Baumgart, Mark Andresky, Jon Siebers, Bob Fuehr, Allan Reider, John Meyering

Absent: Dan Butler

Minutes of September 11, 2012 were reviewed and approved.

Treasurer’s report – Bank balance reconciled at $4,992.23. The Treasurer’s report was reviewed and approved. A budget was presented, discussed and approved.

Membership report --

Alex Fedorowych’s application was approved.

There was discussion about having membership goals. The goals are to include trying to get professionals from the insurance, and title industry as well as media members.

A membership committee was established including Jon Sieber, and Allan Reider. Mark Andresky was going to ask Dan Butler if he was interested in participating.

Education report –

John Meyering reviewed the current educational schedule.

November will be Jim Mersman, CPA talking about financial statements Jon Sieber and another member from his firm will be discussing non-disclosure agreements and non-compete agreements in December. January will be a holiday party and February will be a presentation on the liquor control commission and liquor licenses. Other ideas were discussed including confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, software packages such as BVX, writing confidential business reviews, successor liability, state form 1027 and tax clearance.

Web site –Allan will send out a report on November 12th.

Other business – Mark Andresky will present the slate for 2013 officer to the group at the November meeting..
