How the program works: All orders placed through your sales rep for Creative Imaginations product released prior to January 2009 in this promotion will be discounted 50%! When you place your order, which must be a minimum of $300 (before the discount), your sales rep will present you with “Jack Bucks” - a coupon which acts as proof of your discount. For example, if your order is for $1000, you will be invoiced for only $500! To clarify, the “Jack Bucks” coupon entitles you to a 50% discount off the invoice, and in this example would not mean a $500 credit. Please send your “Jack Bucks” coupon with your payment.

As Jack explained in the letter, the sole purpose of this promotion is to stimulate consumer purchases at your retail store. Therefore, for this program to work, we expect you to pass along the savings to your customers. You will receive a supply of “Beanie Bucks” -- 50% off coupons with your order -- to pass out to your customers to redeem toward the purchase of Creative Imaginations products. These will be “store coupons”, redeemable by your customers, honored by your store (not to be reimbursed by Creative Imaginations.)

We recommend that you create a section in you store one week prior to National Scrapbook Day (May 2) to display all the Creative Imaginations’ product that your customers may purchase using their “Beanie Bucks” 50% discount coupon. You may want to include all Creative Imaginations product in your store that qualifies (see detail #4 below.)

This is a program that is only available through your CI sales representative. They are there to help you in every way to make this program effective. The success of the Two 4 One National Scrapbook Day sales stimulus plan is dependent on your participation as well as the promotion and distribution of the “Beanie Bucks” to as many customers as possible.

Time Frame:

Your Buying Window: March 12th – April 10th Shipping Window: March 16th – April 24th Beanie Bucks Distribution Window: Shipped with your order Retail Selling Window: April 25th – May 10th Order Details:

1. Your Sales Rep will mark the promotion code on the order “241”. The 50% discount will be taken off the invoice on those orders that are MARKED CORRECTLY. 2. The minimum order that can be placed for this promotion is $300 – this will net out to $150 after the discount. 3. Only items released prior to January 2009 can be on the program. Do not include any items on the order that were released in 2009. If it’s in the Winter 2009 catalog, and it says NEW, then it cannot be on this order. The order will not be entered or shipped if there are any errors until corrected by the sales rep. 4. Most product categories are available under this program, including Bare Elements and Creative Café, and all sale items. The only items excluded are CI Super Seal, Scrapper’s Spray, and Kokuyo. Display fixtures are also not included on this program. 5. There are no backorders on this program. 6. There are no returns accepted on this program. 7. This promotion supersedes all other discounts. No additional discounts, regardless of type, will be applied. 8. The account’s normal freight and credit terms will apply. “Jack Bucks” 9. 50% coupon good toward orders made only through April 10, 2009. 10. “Beanie Bucks” 50% coupon promotion dates: April 25 – May 10, 2009. 11. “Beanie Bucks” are 50% coupons to be distributed to your consumers to redeem toward the purchase of Creative Imaginations products. 12. All “Beanie Bucks” coupons are Store Coupons only. These are not redeemable with Creative Imaginations.

Marketing Support:

Each participating store will get from their sales rep:

 A pdf of an 8.5” x 11” flyer that the stores can put up in their store or email to their consumers in advance of the Retail Selling Window to promote the event.

 A “Jack Bucks” discount coupon will be issued to the store when the order is placed with the sales rep.

The store will get with their order:

 An 11” x 17” poster to display in the store during the event.

 A supply of “Beanie Bucks” to pass out to the store’s customers to use during the event.
