Congratulations! You have been awarded a seat in the Normandale Community College dental hygiene program starting fall 2013. To secure your admissions, you will need to sign the enclosed acceptance card and return it to me in the postage paid envelope stating your intentions for acceptance by August 16, 2013. Remember you must complete microbiology by January 2014. If I do not hear from you by this date it is assumed that you have declined your seat and this seat will be offered to an alternate candidate.

If you can come to meet with our faculty Gale Chovanec on Tuesday Auguste 20 at 9 am or possibly 1 pm that would be great. Let me know when you can come and see Gale. You may register for the first year 1000 level courses when your window for registration opens. If you have never attended Normandale, please contact admissions and attend the college orientation to register or call the admissions office at 952-358-8201.

We have other exciting news to share with you. Through a partnership with Metropolitan State University, we now offer the option of a dual admissions program where there is simultaneous admittance to Normandale’s Associate Degree (AS) program and Metropolitan State University’s Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (BSDH) program. For those who are anxious to obtain a BSDH, this can be accomplished within one to two semesters after completion of the AS degree.
