Evaluate your team members by examining each person’s contribution to the team project. This information will be used to assign individual peer grades.

Follow precisely the instructions provided below.

 Be thorough, objective and honest.  Do not use fractions or evaluate yourself.  An individual may receive any value from 0 to 20 points for each of the five attributes listed below (0 = strongly disagree, 5 = disagree, 10 = neutral, 15 = agree, 20 = strongly agree).  Check your math. No column should add up to more than 100.
