Unmanned aircraft systems (“UAS”), including model aircrafts, will be operated on District property in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations, applicable federal, state, and local law or regulation, and District procedures. The District will establish procedures required to ensure compliance with those legal obligations and to reduce risks to safety, security and privacy.
