Bid Due Date: May 20, 2015, 3:00pm Architect: Garrison Architects Scope of Work: Additions and Renovations to Four (2) schools; Middle School Fire Alarm, High School; All trades including erosion control, earthwork, utilities, site concrete, paving, stripe & signage, fence, landscape, site furnishings, abatement, selective demolition, building demolition, concrete, masonry, masonry restorations, structural and misc. steel, gauge framing and sheathing, expansion control assemblies, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, damproofing, waterproofing, vapor barrier, water repellants, insulation, fireproofing, firestop, air barriers, metal roofing and wall panels, EPDM roofing, roof restorations, flashings ,trims, and roof accessories, intumescent paint, joint sealants, doors, frames, and hardware, FRP doors, vault doors, fire shutters, storefronts, windows, sliding windows, glazing, GWB partitions, tile, ACT, acoustical wall and ceiling panels, wood floor repair and refinish, terrazzo, flooring, paint, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, signage, metal lockers, FE & Cabinets, classroom/office furniture, science/lab & prep room furniture, stage lift, theatrical equipment & systems, food service equipment, gym equipment, window shades, plastic laminate casework, floor mats, audience seating, elevator, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, fire alarm, temp protections, cut & Patch, phasing per documents as referenced in summary of work spec section 01010 & sequence of work 01015. The balancing and commissioning is direct to the owner. MEP trades to provide commissioning assist.
