This letter is to certify that a Double Leg 6’HD Shock-Absorbing Lanyard w/ HS rebar hooks P/N 21210, will with stand a maximum 12’ free fall with a 310lb weight while one leg of the lanyard is wrapped around a beam and connected back to the webbing. This lanyard also can be used with a Beamer2000 to tie off at foot level, and will withstand a 12’ free fall with a 310lb weight. This lanyard meets all applicable ANSI standards and OSHA guidelines.
