RE: U.S. SENATE APPROVES FINANCIAL REFORM, BILL SENT TO PRESIDENT

Members of the U.S. Senate today voted 60 – 39 to approve the H.R. 4173 conference report, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The U.S. House approved the report on June 30. President Barack Obama is expected to sign the legislation soon.
