Hello all Hopefully this is the last one you see before Monday morning.

Monday morning: Conditioning is at 6:30AM to 8AM. Yes early, but we are getting done so those involved in LINK can get to where they need to be. LINK participates will be let out at 7:45 confirmed with the Ms. Fockler. Her and I agreed on this.

Monday afternoon: Volleyball skills and drills. We will be putting up nets and doing skills and drills. Please have all equipment ready to warm up at 4. Will be done at 6pm.

Tuesday morning: Hike up the mountain. We will be meeting at the base of woodmoor mountain on perry park road at 6:30am. The address to google will be 13500 Deer Ridge Way. That will get you to the gate. I will be waiting for people to arrive and let them in where they can park at the base. Any players needing a ride, please let me know Monday so that we can make accommodations for those players. *** This is a hike for players, if parents want to be at the top, they are more than welcomed to drive up and wait at the house. As this is a team bonding for the girls and coaches. A light breakfast will be served to the girls. If parents want to donate or help with this, please let me know so that I may mark you down.

Tuesday afternoon: Volleyball skills and drills. Again, be ready to warm up at 4 completing practice at 6pm.

Tuesday evening: Parent meeting in the auditorium at 6pm then will break to gym for parent meeting with coaches. This will not take long, but would appreciate all parents that are able to come, to attend. We will be signing handbooks and transportation forms at this time.

Wednesday: we will start regular practices 3:30 to 5:30pm.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR NAME ON MY ROSTER OR HAVE A PINK SLIP IN MY HAND MONDAY TO PRACTICE. if YOU DONT HAVE THIS, STILL BE AT THE TIMES GIVEN AND THEN GET YOUR SLIP AFTER MORNING SESSION. Roster of those already approved included.

You must have a certain amount of practices in before you are able to play in games and we only have a limited amount available. If you do not have your slip or name on the roster, you will be required to make up the missed practices.

Please make sure that players eat a healthy meals before practices and they stay hydrated as well. We have near 50 players trying out so I want them each to be at their top game.
