Parking Volunteer (16 year of age + must be polite, patient, able to hold their own) - Help ensure festival patrons are parking where they need to be - Ensure VIP parking spaces stay clear - Will be provided a list or direction of VIP that will be allowed to park in identified area - For more complicated parking arrangements, each volunteer will be provided a one pager with notes on specific instruction to be followed by festival goers. - This person will work closely with the event manager, security and operations manager

RUNNER (minimum 18 years of age) - Thursday – Sunday - Driver’s license and vehicle required - Can be a different person each day - Run errands and make purchases (local supplier/business knowledge a definite asset)
HOT CHOCOLATE (minimum 16 years of age) - Assist with making HC for distribution in the Rogers Fan Hub - 18yrs + as HC is hot temperature + consumer engagement - Comfortable lifting 30-40lbs - 3 people required – rotating: 1 making, 1 transporting water, 1 serving - Training on Saturday morning before the site opens - Clean carafes at the end of the night and dispose of garbage/recycling
