I. Minutes from last UBI Meeting. Next Term big reward for BB--sleds?, to be displayed earlier in the term so the students can build more anticipation. Letters to businesses were sent out yesterday

II. Staff Reinforcement for November 29th- Potato Bar. Invitations and Flyers: Amy Bos Set up and Cleanup: Lynette and Ryan will set-up at 11, Nikky and Amy C will begin cleaning-up during prep Condiments: Potatoes (who will get the potatoes?), Cheese, sour cream, butter, etc. 60 Potatoes--Mike--he will get them washed and wrapped Cheese, Sour Cream, Butter--Mike---he has said he will get a bill to the school Chili--Liz Olives--Nikky Broccoli--Marie Velveeta Cheese-Lynette Nikky will talk to cooks about baking the potatoes Cathy will talk to Jayne to make sure we have enough paper products and such

Other-- Mystery Motivators for 200 Club Adult prizes--playground equipment, Expo Markers, Post-its, Drink Certificates, clippy magnets, candybars, colorful pens--A basketful of goodies! Student prizes--we reviewed ideas that we brainstormed in our first meeting in August. -We are going to have free-time in the gym with the winners.  Each winning student can bring a friend  More than likely a lane will fill-up today or tomorrow, so we are anticipating having the reward this coming Monday--the 19th  1:00-1:20--Kindergarten and 1st  1:25-1:45--3rd and 4th--teacher discretion on when to send their 2nd graders
