Responsibilities:

 Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department  Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns  Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities  Creation and publication of all marketing materials  Negotiate rates and agreements with all media partners  Overall responsibility for brand management  Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies  Engage consumers on social media  Ongoing development of Kent.ca  Motivate and lead a great marketing team

Qualifications:

 Bachelor of Commerce or Business Degree.  Minimum 10 years marketing experience.
