Because of the enormous support we are having for our Auctions and the many Clubs who are asking for lots to help support their Shows and events – we have decided to put some restrictions on the Auctions to keep the numbers close to those we can manage, with a reserve list for any unexpected cancellations .. As from the 2016 Auctions we will be adhering to the preferential system of lot bookings in that

1. BRASEA financial members have first preference, 2. BRASEA Workers come next 3. Those who have supported BRASEA Auctions and events beforehand and then 4. Other bookings the Committee’s decision will be final in all preferences for the first 375 lots allocated and those taken off the Reserve List – please make sure your membership is up to date so you are on the first line, or roll up your sleeves and help out …
