ECHO SAAS FAQ – ECHO PASSWORD RESET INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:
Note that you will receive a temporary password in an email and it will be difficult if not impossible to determine what the characters are. You therefore must use cut and paste functions to copy from the email sent to you and to insert when prompted to enter your temporary password. To cut highlight all the characters in the password, press and hold the Ctrl key then press the ‘C’. To paste press and hold the Ctrl key then press ‘V’.
You will be asked for your username. This is your Echo username that you use to login to CDT or Revenue Manager. It is not your network username.
THIS PROCESS DOES NOT CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE CURRENT SYSTEM. YOUR CURRENT ECHO PASSWORD DOES NOT CHANGE. YOU WILL USE THIS NEW PASSWORD ON TUESDAY, JULY26 WHEN YOU LOGIN TO THE NEW ENVIRONMENT.

NOTE: When you click on the RESET Now link you can’t use this email again. It is a one time thing.
3) If the RESET NOW link does not open, you can right click on “Reset Now” and select “Open Link in New Tab”.
4.) You will get the following window when you open the link.
5.) Enter the temporary password provided in the email from Echo’s Saas Team (this can be copied (Ctrl-C) and pasted (Ctrl-P) from the email letter.)
6.) Enter your new password and confirmation password
Passwords require a minimum of 8 characters, and must include an upper case, lower case and numerical character.
7.) Once you have successfully entered a new password, you will get a confirmation that your password has been changed. SOLUTIONS TO ISSUES CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
