SUPER FAN SPORTS FUNDRAISER
Dear Supporter:
Beginning Monday, October 6, 2014, Brandon Cowboys will launch a Super Fan Sports fundraiser to raise funds for: Park improvements such as equipment and repairs
Our sales will run Monday, October 6, 2014 through Saturday, October 18, 2014 . We are asking that each player/cheerleader sell at least two sports items to help meet our goal.
Each participant receives an order form to keep track of customers, orders and payments. (Please fill out your contact information – very important!) Safety first! Participants need to collect payment at the time the order is placed (no sales tax). A money order for the final order payment is preferable and should be made out to “Brandon Cowboys”. We will not be responsible for any missing cash. Returned checks will be subject to a $20 return fee. Participants should turn in order forms and money by Saturday, October 18, 2014. *Please give money and forms to a Cowboys board member only. Ask for one to be called to the concession stand, if necessary. Delivery will be during the regular season. We will coordinate with your team mom to pick up your order approximately two to four weeks after the order is placed. Please check the website and/or Facebook for updates. The TOP SELLING TEAM will win a pizza party for your team!
