If last year is anything to go by it will be a great weekend, we never went to bed until 4am on the Sunday morning. So come on Ladies put on your finest dress and get the old Man into his suit and sit down to enjoy your meal and if the men want to talk Pigeons, the ladies can get up and dance and hopefully after a couple of pints the men will join us. Years ago, even the small clubs had a dinner dance where the ladies wore a long dress and the men there suit, but lately it seems that only the Nationals and International clubs like the BICC do so. Therefore, we need to make the most of what we have left. As you know, Jan Deacon will be standing down as Secretary at the AGM on Sunday 20th. January at The Lion Brewery, Ash, at 12 Noon and our new Secretary Carole Francis will be taking over. So come along, meet your new Secretary, and say a big thank you to Jan Deacon who has been an excellent secretary these last five years. Happy Christmas to you all and I hope to see you at the AGM Pam Gladwin
