Mille Lacs Trails Snowmobile Club ------General Club – Annual Meeting & Elections March 3rd 2016 Called to Order at 7:30 ------Steve – Reviewed the agenda ------Secretaries Report – Paula Pap  AL made the motion to approve the secretaries report.  2nd by Christy  Motion Carries ------Treasurers Report – Paula Pap  Check book balance as of 02/29/2016 is $57617.16.16. Paula presented the January and February expenses o Motion to accept the treasurers report was made by Dennise o 2nd by Christy  Motion Carries ------Gambling - Christy  Checkbook balance $56905.03  Allowable expenses for March 2016 were read . Motion to accept the gambling report was made by Al . 2nd by Randi ------Trail Report - Don  DONE! ------Grant-N-Aide - Darrell  We have received our 2nd benchmark which was directly deposited into the general fund  The 3rd and 4th disbursements may be less than expected. Both could be decreased by 5% each. More to come ------Membership - Dick  104 Families  He would like to have a membership drive – more to come. ------Old Business  Steve – we still do not have a VP – room gets quiet. We will table this one again.  Al/Darrell/Steve/Don – Grant update – all the paper work has been turned in for the Trail and Bridge Grants. Looking at a new rubber track skid loader which is around $60,000. We may not hear back on the grant until around June. Also working on grant for new bridge by 65. The boys found out we are going to need about a year to get all the permits before we can install a new bridge in this area.  Paula – The Fred White Memorial Treasure Hunt is all set to go. Dennise has purchased all the pizes, Castaways will cater the meal, Kari will be making a cake. Paul informed us that the Nybergs are going to let us use some of their land for this event. Gary, Paul and Darrell will get the treasure hunt tags up and the trails marked.

------New Business  Darrell – MN USA Region 2 meeting is April 2nd. Hosted by the Cook Timberwolves. It is $20.25 per member. Darrell has never missed and would like to go. o Jeff made the motion that the club pay for up to 4 members, plus gas and lodging for this meeting o 2nd by Al o Motion Carries  Christy – Benefits that were held at Castaways an Hunters were successful. Hunters donated $2225.00 to the united way and Castaways donated $1800.0 to the Pregnancy Center and $1800.00 to Aitkin County Care  Dick – “Spring Fling” - there was a lot of discussion - it was hard to nail down a date – members decided that we are going to shoot for 04/28/2016. Committee members are Dick and Lois, Bobbi and Christy. More to come!  Dick - Thinks the club should look into a Solar Light for the sign out front, members agreed.  Steve – Social Meeting on 04/17 “Whats for Dinner” Bobbi, Steve and Evon will be providing a St. Patrick’s Day dinner ------Donations: . Isle Prom $250.00 . Aitkin Grad Blast $250.00 . Personal Donation $500.00  Motion to make these donations was made by Randi  2nd by Darrell  Motion Carries ------Motion to adjourn was made by Paul 2nd by Darrell Meeting adjourned at 8:45 ------Paula Pap Secretary/Treasurer
