Fall 2017 (current) Rosters Friday, December 8 is the last day any drops can be made to the Fall 2017 roster.

Fall 2017 Open Bidding Fall open bidding ends Thursday, December 7 (per the recruitment rules). Fall 2017 open bidding is based on Fall 2017 total of 151 and on your chapter’s Fall 2017 roster. Spring 2018 open bidding will not start until total is readjusted on Tuesday, January 16th (per the recruitment rules.)

For newly elected executive board

Spring Greek Summit For incoming President and VP. January 10, 2017. SC Ballroom, 9am.

January Social Events Policy Training All newly elected Presidents and Social Chairs/any chair responsible for registering a social events plus two additional executive board members must attend the social events training on January 11th – even if you have attended one in the past. You should also have any member who has not attended a social event training who plans to work as a party monitor to attend the training as well. January 11th, 6pm, location TBA.

Study Week/Finals Week Policy Reminder Please remember that per UCA policy RSO's are not allowed to have any social events during finals week or the week before finals week (also known as study week), and any event registrations submitted for those dates will be denied.
