CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL BUSINESS LAW COLLECTIVE BARGAINING SIMULATION REFLECTION

Write a summary reflecting on the collective bargaining process that you went through. Make sure and comment on the following questions in your writing:  What did you think about the whole process?  Did you feel like you were pressured by time to come up with an agreement?  Were you able to do the math quickly enough to keep up?  Do you think you would have tried harder to get more out of the contract if I told you it was your whole grade? Less if I told you it didn’t matter at all on your grade?  Did it get easier the 2nd and 3rd session?  Did you feel pressured by your group members to agree with them and sign the contract?  If we did the simulation again, what would you do differently?  After completing the process, do you think we should have a law that gives employees the right to come together as a group and negotiate for better working conditions with the threat of a strike?
