It was RESOLVED: GIVEN THE FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING EXTENDS BEYOND NO. 19 LEYTON ROAD, THE COMMITTEE BELIEVES THAT THE TWO STOREY EXTENSION WILL HAVE LIMITED IMPACT ON THE STREET SCENE; THEREFORE THE COMMITTEE ARE MINDED NOT TO OBJECT. ON REACHING THIS DECISION THE COMMITTEE ANTICIPATES THE CONSERVATION AREA OFFICER WILL CAREFULLY CONSIDER THE ALTERATIONS TO THIS GRADE II LISTED HISTORIC BUILDING. POLICIES 85, 86 AND 87 OF THE DISTRICT PLAN REFERS. ______
