I refer to the abovementioned enterprise agreement and wish to inform you that following approval by the Commission on 22 November 2004, the proposed agreement has been registered.

Pursuant to Section 45 (2) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996, details of the agreement will be published in the Industrial Gazette of 28 January 2005.
