All classes will be held on the SPSCC campus in *Lacey*, Washington Registration deadline is September 1, 2017

Candidate Profile Admission to the LeaderPath program is competitive. The preferred program participant has proven experience in areas such as program management, project management and budget responsibility, and has demonstrated formal and/or informal leadership responsibilities. Letters of Interest and Letters of Recommendation should address the candidate’s professional interests and background, as well as interest in the LeaderPath program.

Registration Process Complete the application form. Please type or print legibly.

1. Attach a current resume 2. Include a letter of interest addressing why you want to attend, what experience you offer to other participants and your own leadership values. 3. Send your application and materials to your sponsoring supervisor (unless self-sponsored) 4. Sponsoring supervisor attaches letter of recommendation and sends all to authorizing supervisor, if necessary. 5. Authorizing supervisor signs confirming candidate availability and tuition responsibility. 6. Send completed application, resume, letter of interest and letter of recommendation to Melanie Reynolds at [email protected]

Tuition Fee $4150.00. Participants are responsible for full tuition. Tuition must be paid by October 1, 2017.

Cancellation Policy Cancel before August 31, 2017: $500 penalty Cancel September 1 – September 30, 2017: $1500 penalty No refunds after October 1, 2017. Full tuition is required

I understand that I am responsible for attending all sessions, completing all class assignments, and that my certificate of completion is awarded based on both class attendance and full participation in program study groups and Capstone Challenge teams. If I am self-sponsored, I have read and agree to the terms of the tuition fee payment requirements and cancellation policy. I confirm that full tuition will be paid by October 1, 2017.
