Mental Health First Aid Helps You Assist Someone Experience a Mental Health Related Crisis

Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack – even if you have no clinical training – Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experience a mental health related crisis. Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach individuals how to help someone who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of training. Friday June 3rd, 2016, 8:30am – 5pm Williams Auditorium, Whidden Hospital 103 Garland Road, Everett, MA 02149 Lunch will be provided. Free parking is available at the parking garage across the street. This location is universally accessible. Please use the Main Entrance to the hospital and take the main elevator to level B; the auditorium is across from the cafeteria. This training is being offered for free to anyone who works and/or lives in Everett, MA. TO REGISTER: Please send registration form via email or to address below by May 20th, 2016.
