Dear Parents:
On behalf of the Covington Catholic High School community, I want to congratulate you on your son’s accomplishments and upcoming graduation. All responsible for this achievement--students, parents, teachers--can take pride in a job well done.
Graduation exercises this year will begin with the Baccalaureate Mass on Tuesday May 24 th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Church. The liturgy will be followed by a luncheon at Receptions Banquet Hall in Erlanger that has been planned by the Parents Club (please see reservation details enclosed). Both of these events are for the graduates and the parents only. We ask that you proceed to Receptions immediately after Mass so that we can begin the luncheon in a timely fashion.
Commencement will take place on May 24th at 7:00 p.m. at the Connor Convocation Center at Thomas More College. Bishop Roger J. Foys and Mr. Michael T. Clines, Diocesan Superintendent of Schools, will be in attendance.
All graduating seniors must assemble at the Convocation Center at 6:15 p.m. All family members and friends are invited to join us during this celebration as there is no limit to the number of guests who can attend. However, we ask that all small children be supervised and the decorum of those attending reflects the solemnity of your son’s graduation so that it is not minimized.
The culmination of four years of encouragement, dedication, and hard work will take place at commencement. You have every reason to be proud of your son’s accomplishments at Covington Catholic. As principal, I want to wish your son a successful and grace-filled life, a life that will be a credit to you and your family as well as his teachers and himself.

Please note: Attire for students for Baccalaureate Mass is suit/sport coat, dress shirt with tie, dress slacks, socks, dress shoes. Attire for graduation is white dress shirt with tie, dark dress slacks, dark socks, and dress shoes.

Dear Parents,
The Parents Club has finalized the plans for the baccalaureate luncheon to be held at Receptions Banquet Hall in Erlanger on Tuesday May 24th after the 10 a.m. Baccalaureate Mass at St. Agnes.
The luncheon will be limited to parents and step-parents. The menu consists of a buffet of chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta, sliced roast beef with demi-glaze sauce, tossed garden salad with assorted dressings, buttered parsley potatoes, southern style green beans, hot rolls butter and cookies. This event is free for graduates but will cost $20.00 for each parent or step-parent.

Reservations with payments can be made by mail, using the enclosed envelope or by credit card through our website by going to www.covcath.org/graduation by Monday, May 16th. We ask that you please return the reservation form below or indicate online as to whether you plan to attend or not. Just place a 0 on the line marked for number of additional reservations if you are unable to attend. Checks should be made payable to: CCH Parents Club.
