PLTC 2016 ANNUAL TOURNAMENT RULES
All matches must be completed by the date shown at the top of each
round
If matches are NOT completed by the date the outcome will be decided
by the tournament referee on the spin of a coin – NO EXCEPTIONS THIS
YEAR as the time between rounds can be tight
All matches are best of 3 sets, the first two being tie-break sets (at 6 all)
and the third set being a championship tie-break (first to 10 points with
2 points clear)
Players provide their own balls and floodlight tokens, if needed
The court surface must be agreed BEFORE booking a court, only one
court can be booked for each match. If there is a difference of opinion
on court surface it should be decided by a spin of a coin BEFORE
BOOKING
There are no extended sessions allowed for tournament matches, you
can only book the normal 90 minute session. If a match cannot be
concluded in that time you must book another session to finish but the
match must be concluded by the date indicated for that round
