 Legal and ethical issues for the pre-hospital ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Raytown Emergency Medical Services EMT Academy is operated under the supervision of the provider The Raytown Emergency Medical Service has EMT Program Director, Brandi James. Raytown been in operation since July 4, 1976. Our present EMS has over 50 years of EMS experience with a  Basic and advanced airway techniques including operation includes two fully staffed ambulances highly qualified, progressive-minded staff of CPR 24-hours a day. Raytown EMS responds to both instructors, evaluators, and field preceptors from non-emergency and emergency requests for which the students can learn. A completed registration form, valid State photo ID, & a nonrefundable deposit of $275.00 must be submitted to secure your enrollment. By signing this registration form & paying deposit, I am enrolling in this class& must comply with the policies & procedures of the City of Raytown & the Raytown Emergency Medical Services Training Department. I further acknowledge that by enrolling in this program, I am fully responsible for the fees& tuition of the EMT Academy unless I notify the EMT Program director intent to withdraw in writing by noon on February 13, 2018. Graduated refund policy applies to payments beyond deposit & payment plan fee for voluntary withdrawal from course submitted in writing by midnight of March 6, 2018. As a part of those policies, if I am removed from class for reasons outlined in the student handbook (includes inappropriate conduct, poor clinical &/or classroom performance, &/or poor attendance), I remain responsible for full tuition & applicable fees.
