ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited: - Directors have by resolution fixed August 5th, 2008 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Seventh Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on September 11th, 2008.

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited: Directors have declared a final dividend of 14.5 cents and a special dividend of 15.2 cents per share to be paid on August 15th, 2008 to shareholders on record at close of business on August 5th, 2008.

Cave Shepherd & Co Limited: Directors have declared an interim dividend of twelve and a half (12.5) cents per share to be paid on August 29th, 2008 to shareholders on record at close of business on August 15th, 2008.

Goddard Enterprises Limited: - Directors have declared an interim dividend of ten (10) cents per share to be paid on August 29th, 2008 to shareholders on record at close of business on July 31st, 2008.
