Show Set-up: The show site will be available for:  Outdoor exhibit set up on July 5 & 6 and July 9 -16 from 8:30am – 5pm  Indoor exhibit (agribusiness and theme tents) set-up begins July 12.  Overnight Security will be on the grounds before, during, and after the show from Thursday, July 5th through Sunday, July 22nd.

Deliveries: The grounds will be open for deliveries on June 28th. The address for deliveries is N6863 Cty D, New London, WI, 54961. Google map degrees/sections/latitude: Lat: 44º, 23’, 33.9295”, Long: 88º, 44’, 23.3722”. Schedule equipment to arrive on-site at least the week before the show. If you are sending equipment and supplies ahead, be sure your truck driver knows the company name and lot number(s). Show management will exercise due care relative to items shipped for exhibit after their arrival at the site. However, show management will not be responsible for injury to personnel, loss, or damage from any cause to articles or equipment on the exhibit grounds. WI Farm Technology Days shall be indemnified, defended and held harmless by any exhibitor from any and all claims, causes of actions, legal proceedings which may arise from an exhibitor’s participation in Wisconsin Farm Technology Days.

Equipment Delivery/Unloading: Delivering small equipment into Tent City: utilize Grounds Gate on northeast side of Tent City and check-in with the attendant for directions. Small equipment exhibitors do not have to call in.

Delivering Large (equipment requiring a dock unload):  Go to: N6863 Cty D, New London, WI, 54961 (same as deliveries).  Hours for unloading are from 7:30am to 5pm  To be sure we have people to accommodate your needs, please call 24 hours in advance to Grounds Office at 715-752-3488 to schedule unloading.  FTD volunteers will be available at the Grounds Trailer to greet the delivery driver and provide directions for unloading and to your lot(s). The loading dock, endloaders, skidsteers and tele-handlers will be available for unloading. Unloading will be done at the discretion of the Grounds Personnel, if you have special needs i.e. an awkward size or heavy weight, call ahead to make arrangements. There will not be a crane available on site, you’ll need to make your own arrangements.

Take Hwy 54 west to New London. Turn left Take Hwy 54 west to New London. Turn left onto Hwy 45 (New London Bypass) and follow onto Hwy 45 (New London Bypass) and Hwy 45 north to Hwy 76. Turn right onto Hwy follow Hwy 45 north to Hwy WW. Turn right 76 and follow through Bear Creek to Hwy D. EAST onto Hwy WW and follow into Sugar Bush to Turn right onto Hwy D and follow to FTD FTD grounds/parking area on north side of Grounds/loading dock area near Hwy WW. The roadway loading dock is on the west side of Hwy D (right side) From Stevens Point, take Hwy 10 to Hwy 161 From Stevens Point, take Hwy 10 to Hwy 161 and follow east. Follow Hwy 161 through Iola and follow east. Follow Hwy 161 through to Hwy 22 East. Follow Hwy 22 East to Hwy Iola to Hwy 22 East. Follow Hwy 22 East to 45. Go straight as Hwy becomes Hwy 76. Hwy 45. Turn right onto Hwy 45 and follow Follow Hwy 76 through Bear Creek to Hwy D WEST south to Hwy WW. Turn left onto Hwy WW and turn right onto Hwy D. Follow Hwy D and follow to FTD grounds/parking area on south to FTD Grounds/loading dock area near north side of roadway in Sugar Bush. Hwy WW. The loading dock is on the west side of Hwy D (right side).

Departure on Event Days from Exhibitor Parking Lot: West on Outagamie County Road WW ONLY. Turn right (north) onto US Hwy 45. No left (south) turn onto US Hwy 45 on event days.

Semi-Tractor Trailer Parking For exhibitors who need to leave tractor trailers in any combination near the site: Arrangements have been made with Ort Trucking, Inc. Exhibitors will need to contact Ort directly at 920-982-7690 and work out all space reservation details. Show Admission YOU MUST HAVE AN EXHIBITOR LAPEL PIN, DAILY ADMISSION PASS, OR PAY AT THE GATE, TO ENTER THE GROUNDS DURING THE SHOW DAYS. WITHOUT A LAPEL PIN OR AN ADMISSION PASS YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE DAILY $5 ENTRANCE FEE. Purchased Lapel Pins and/or admission passes, and complimentary parking pass are being mailed. Additional passes can be purchased at Headquarters on 6th St. before the show.

2 Food Service: PRE-SHOW: Will be available at several restaurants and fast food outlets 5 miles south in New London and 12 miles north in Clintonville. Also, BIGMAN’S NEW DIG is located kitty corner from Tent City in Sugarbush, featuring a full menu including sandwiches, burgers, pizza, seafood, steaks, and chicken, etc. Prices range from $4.99 - $15.95. Call 715-752-4391 for take-out or delivery to Tent City. Open at 11:00 am Mon – Sun.

DURING THE SHOW: There are 6 food tents in Tent City during the 2012 show. Regular Menu (All Tents) 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Turkey Sandwich Fresh, warm cheese curds Breakfast (Tent #5) 7:30-9:30 Hot Dog Mozzarella sticks Cini Minis Brat Bison Sticks Apple Slices w/caramel dip Hamburger Chips Breakfast Sandwich (Egg, Sausage, Cheese) Cheeseburger Cookies Chopped Prime Rib Sandwich Ice Cream Sugarbush Special Water, Coffee, Milk, (Reuben with a brat patty on a rye Gatorade, Pepsi products Other notes: bun)  Ice and breakfast will be for sale in Food Tent #5 only.  There will be an Ice Cream Tent serving Scoop’s Ice Cream for $3. Vouchers can be purchased at any food tent and in the ice cream tent. Ice cream will be served from 10am – 4:30pm Tues & Wed, 10am – 4pm Thursday.  There will be 3 beverage/snack stations near the tram loading/unloading areas serving cold beverages and snack items. There will also be cold beverage service in the Field Demo areas.  We will have a trial run in tent #5 on Monday from 8am – 2pm. Breakfast items served from approximately 8am – 10am and regular menu approximately 9:30am – 2pm.

Electrical Service: will be available starting July 13th limited access prior. No electricity can be ordered after July 5th. You may bring your own generator if you need electricity prior to July 17th, but cannot use your own during the show.

Additional Services: To order wood chips, shavings, or any other services after July 5, you must order and pay for them at Headquarters on 6th St. with credit card or cash.

Landscaping Materials: All landscaping materials will be dropped at outdoor lots – it will not be spread. If you would like your landscaping materials spread, please contact one the landscapers listed on the website.

Agribusiness Booths in Tents: Each booth comes with one electrical outlet and one bale of shavings. Booths do not come with tables or chairs. These can be ordered from Briggs Tent & Party Rental (715-839-0218). There will not be fans in Agribusiness or Theme tents. You can bring your own home fan, not to exceed 24” in size. The tent sides can be raised or lowered as needed. All exhibitor property must be removed from the tents as soon as possible as they will begin dismantling tents on Friday, July 20th, 2012.

Space Access During Show: Exhibitors are allowed in Tent City from 6am to 8am. Early morning access to tent city is through the North or South Vendor Gate on the West side of Tent City or the Grounds Gate on Northeast side of Tent City. All Exhibitor vehicles must exit into Exhibitor Parking on West side by 8:30am. Your vehicles must be removed from Tent City. No exhibitor vehicles, including ATV’s, may be operated in Tent City during show hours. Violators will be stopped. No camping is allowed in Tent City. Exhibits may not be removed prior to 4pm on July 19, 2012.

Camping Available close to Show Site: There will be about 80 campsites available in Sugarbush; some with electrical hookups; some primitive. These sites are not affiliated with the show. For more information, go to www.outagamiefarmtech.com

Field Demos/Ride’n Drive: One “gator” or courtesy cart per company will be allowed as a transport machine to the Field Demo/Ride’n Drive area during the show. No “saddle-type” ATV’s will be allowed on the grounds in any areas. The Exhibitor Courtesy machines must be registered at the Grounds/Tent City Trailer to be used during the show only to transport customers to the Field Demo or Ride’n Drive area and are to be parked in the exhibitor’s rental lot when not in use. Show management will not be responsible for injury to personnel, loss, or damage from any cause to exhibitor’s articles or equipment on the exhibit grounds. 3 Airport Access: The Clintonville Airport has a blacktop airstrip. No control tower. No transportation is being provided by the show.

No food or drink can be dispensed during the show without permission from the Executive Committee. To obtain permission, please write a letter to FTD Executive Committee and fax to 920-478-9586 or email [email protected].

Aerial Devices: No aerial devices may be higher than the highest tent. This will be strictly enforced.

Garbage and Recycling: Exhibitors must dispose of all garbage and recyclables in the closest dumpster or garbage receptacle, please. At Show Closure, area must be returned to pre-show condition per contract.

Livestock Exhibitors must provide copies of show health papers to the Show Headquarters prior to bringing animals on the grounds and unloading. Wisconsin Fairs Animal Health Rules and regulations apply. Questions about water for animals or manure removal should be directed to the Grounds Trailer.

Cancellations/Refunds: No lot, booth, or electrical cancellations or refunds will be made after May 31st. No checks will be accepted after July 5th - credit card or cash only.

Exhibitor Appreciation: Benefits for exhibitors with lapel pins will include the use of a special ‘exhibitor only’ entrance to the food tents and an air-conditioned exhibitors’ trailer/lounge located near Headquarters on 6th Street. The trailer will be dedicated for this use and will be supported by the Barron County Farm Technology Days. Trailer Hours: Tuesday: 7am – 6:30pm; Wednesday: 7am – 5:30pm; Thursday: 7am – 4pm. Representatives from Barron County will be visiting your exhibits on Tuesday to provide information about the 2013 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days show. Courtesy gifts for the exhibitors will be provided by Barron County Farm Technology Days.
