PSM-09 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Tools Required: Parts Included: Pliers 5/16” wide Screw Clamp 8 mm Socket (2) ½” wide Screw Clamps Small flat screwdriver 4” to 4½” Ǿ Silicone Intake Duct ¼” Socket 5/16” Socket, Extension and Ratchet

IMPORTANT; Please read all the instructions and study pictures before starting installation.

REPLACING THE OEM 6.7 INTAKE DUCT WITH THE PSM COOL HOSE INTAKE DUCT

1. Loosen and slide the spring clamp off the crankcase vent hose and allow it to rest on the metal tube above. (Photo 1) Remove by slightly twisting and pulling off vent hose from metal tube. 2. Loosen the two screw clamps at each end of the intake duct and remove the duct. 3. Loosen the crimp clamp closest to the duct that attaches the vent hose to the duct. (Photo 2) Remove the vent hose and plastic connector from the intake duct. 4. Loosely attach the 5/16” wide screw clamp over the vent port in the Cool Hose. Install the vent tube with connector end into the port and tighten the screw clamp. (Photo 3) Loosely attach the ½” wide screw clamps to the Cool Hose on each end. 5. Together, attach the Cool Hose onto the turbocharger while sliding the vent hose over the metal tube. Slide the other end of the Cool Hose onto the air box. Position the cool hose for the best fit before tightening the screw clamps. Re-attach the spring clamp over the vent hose. (Photo 4)
