HICKSVILLE HAPPENINGS – MARCH 2015

Spring out of winter with activities and events at your senior center! The following highlights our month of March:

Wednesday, March 4 th , 2015 – Open Mic Night at the Defiance center. The bus will leave Hicksville at 4:00 pm with a light dinner at Defiance available. Free will donation. Call Linda for a seat on the bus to fun!

Wednesday, March 11, 2015 – Our annual St. Patrick’s Day party and evening meal. Doors open at 4:00 pm; Dinner at 5:00; Live entertainment and Irish music with The Electric Balladeer from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Suggested donation $5.00 for seniors – others $10.00. Tickets available at both centers! (Dawn @ Defiance or Linda in Hicksville) Party will be held at the HICKSVILLE SENIOR CENTER, 708 EAST HIGH STREET, HICKSVILLE! Wear your green! Prizes will be awarded for the craziest green outfit! Door prizes!

Thursday, March 20 th , 2015 – 4:00 pm. Water Drinker’s Pizza Party – rescheduled from January 12th, 2015 due to weather. Contact Linda at 419.542.5004 for details.

Calling all Euchre Players! Coming in April! Saturday, April 25th, 2015 – 12:00 Noon Euchre Tournament sponsored by Defiance County Senior Services Auxiliary. Tournament will be held at the Hicksville Eagles. Prizes, food, and great fun. Call Linda at 419.542.5004 for details or to enter your foursome!
