All payments are due Bi-Monthly (two weeks in advance of care). Your Bi-monthly Payment of $ ______is due on the following Payment Due Dates. Write your child’s Name and Account # ______on every payment.

Parents are not responsible for payments during Winter & Spring Break, therefore payment for these weeks are not included in this payment schedule. School Age Child Care Families: This Payment Schedule does not include Optional Care Days. To avoid cancellation of services, please ensure payments are received in the Child Care Office by 3:00 p.m. on the above due dates. Our Child Care Payment drop box is located outside of the building at 1500 McDaniel Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201 There will be a $15.00 (per due date) Late Payment Fee for families who miss our centers payment deadlines.
