 Ravenette’s Friday night Welcome Party – 5:00-5:30 p.m. Welcome gifts, free raffle drawings, 3 day/2 night vacation give-away. Welcome party followed by Embassy Suites 2 hours open bar (beer, wine & well drinks, snacks) 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Saturday afternoon – On your own (beach, pool, water taxi $12, shopping, relaxing, etc.)

 Saturday night Kickoff Party – 5:00-5:30 p.m. Free raffle drawings, 3 day/2 night vacation give-away. Kickoff party followed by Embassy Suites free 2 hours open bar (beer, wine & well drinks, snacks) 5:30-7:30 p.m.

SUNDAY – GAME DAY!

 Round trip Coach Bus Transportation to/from Dolphin Pro Player Stadium

 Tailgate Party before game– Tailgate tent (weather protected w/ceiling fans, flat screen TV’s and private restrooms). Menu includes Mini Burgers, Hot Dogs, BBQ Pulled Chicken, Spinach Dip, Tort. Chips, Corn on the Cob, Pasta Salad, Cookies, Brownies, etc. 2 hr. buffet & 2 hr. open bar (beer, wine, sodas, H2O).

 Game Ticket with Group Seating (with other Ravens fans!) Ticket includes a free 16 oz. Pepsi & Hot Dog during the game inside the stadium.

Room rates are $154 a night plus 11% tax. THIS RATE IS BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. (Suites have 2 beds or 1 king plus pull out sofa bed)

Room fees will be paid directly to Embassy Suites. An intranet link will provided at the Ravens Roost June monthly meeting to book your room directly. NO MONIES WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD UNTIL ARRIVAL.

Deposit of $100 per person is due at the June Ravens Roost Meeting (This will be a commitment). Final deposit of $143 per person is due at the August Ravens Meeting. (Bus, game ticket, tailgate parties)

* There will be a $150 cancellation fee charged per person if cancelled for any reason after September 1, 2008 in addition to any cancellation fee charged by Embassy Suites. RAVENS ROOST #18 SPECIAL OFFER

If you pay the full deposit by the July Ravens monthly meeting you will save $45 per person making it $198.00 deposit. So save up and pay early and save $90 a couple.

Airfare is NOT INCLUDED. Please book your airfare ASAP. (Airtran offering around $200 round trip right now, Southwest around $220 non-Stop flights)

There will be additional group activities on Friday night and Saturday night after the happy hours at the hotel. Details to follow.

We may also have an optional Beach Party on Saturday – TBD.

The Sun Trolley picks up directly behind the hotel and will take you to the beach and all over Ft. Lauderdale for $.50 one-way.
