2018 MEMORY BOOK FINAL PRE-SALE

The Intermediate/Middle School Memory Book is an 80 page hard cover book filled with pictures of activities from the school year including Spirit Week, Pep Assembly, music groups, clubs, sports, and pictures of you and your friends. Covering grades Fifth to Eighth. If you want to remember your 2017-2018 year at Iroquois Middle School, then make sure you order a copy today.

The Memory Book pre-sale will begin, MONDAY JANUARY 8TH and last through FRIDAY JANUARY 19TH. Memory books will cost $45. If you would like to pre-order a Memory book, please complete the form below and return it to Mrs. Czech in the bookstore during your lunch period. Memory books will be distributed in June. Complete the form below and return it to Mrs. Czech in the bookstore during your lunch period. Cash is accepted, but checks are preferred (payable to Iroquois Memory Book) If you have more than one child ordering a book, you may write one check, but please complete an order form for each child

PARENTS: At the end of January, any student that ordered a book will receive a printed receipt confirming their purchase. If your child does not bring home a receipt, please call Mr. Thompson at 652-3000 ext. 7133
