Initiation of amendments now includes applicants with authorization of the owner (11.9-2) 5. Permitted uses - Commercial/Office Districts allowing drive-throughs (9.3-5) 6. Special Uses - C5-1 to C5-4 Commercial/Office Districts (9.4-5) 7. Special Uses B6-6 to B6-7 Restricted; Central Business Districts now includes payday loan stores (8.4-6) 8. Change in Fees for amendment or special use (11.12) 9. Special Uses B7-5 to B7-7 General; Central Business Districts now include payday loan stores (8.4-7) 10. Repealed (11.9-8)
