APUS HISTORY / ASSIGNMENTS / CHAPTERS 36-40

Instead of creating SQRRR’s for this unit on Post WWII in America, I will instead provide you with the key aspects for the time period of 1945 to 1980 along with the terms that are associated with them. Your assignment is to describe how each of the terms listed below the key aspect, and the facts surrounding them, helped to shape the key aspect. I stress to you that your work for each chapter should only be done AFTER you have read the chapters and the Remini book pages 245-304. It is anticipated that your work for each chapter will be no more than 4 pages in length. The assignments are due on the dates set forth below. If they are late you will lose 25% for the first day late and 50% if 2 days late. After that no credit will be given for that assignment. The APUS exam will be held on May 8th. We will cover chapters 41 and 42 in just a few days and begin our review of the entire course no later than April 27th which will give us two full weeks for review.
