UK HealthCare and Spring View Hospital Partners in Healthcare

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 2, 2005) − The University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center and Kentucky Neuroscience & Orthapaedics Institute are proud to announce that two neurosurgeons will join the UK Multi-specialty Clinic at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, Kentucky.

Two neurosurgeons, Dr. Thad Jackson and Dr. Neil A. Trofkin, will now be seeing patients at the UK Multi-specialty Clinic. Formed as a partnership between Spring View Hospital and UK HealthCare, the clinic makes access to highly trained medical specialists more convenient for the people of Lebanon and surrounding communities. The partnership is yet another example of the University of Kentucky’s commitment to better health care through community outreach programs.

Neurologists commonly treat these disorders: head injury, spinal cord injuries, lower back pain, epilepsy, cervical-spine disorders, brain tumors and many others.
