Let’s play HOCKEY! 2015 Sub-Junior Hockey Season Nominations are required from students who wish to PLAY HOCKEY this season. To assist in the organisation of teams, could parents wishing their child to participate, please complete the form below and return it to the GHA Clubrooms on Wednesday 25th March from 3.00 to 4.00pm OR the school office by no later than Wednesday 4th March, 2015. Children can be involved at various levels, according to their age, skill levels and experience. The season will commence in Term 2 and Fees will be payable by Saturday 9th May [please do not pay fees with this form]. The hockey grounds are situated at the east end of Eighth Street, Wonthella.

Sub-Junior Girls. Fee: $ TBC club dependent Girls only competition played on Thursdays at 4.00pm. Suitable for girls in primary school grades 3 – 6.

Sub-Junior Div 1 and Div 2 Fee: $ 75 For boys and girls in primary school grades 4 – 6. Played on Saturdays at 8.30am / 9.30am / 10.30am / 11.30am

Sub-junior Half-Field. Under 8yrs. Fee: $ 60 For girls & boys in primary school grades 2 & 3 Modified rules. Played on Saturdays at 11.30am. Kyra Ingle 0419201206 Hockey Co-ordinator for Mt Tarcoola
