This letter is to confirm your interview for the position of Extension Agent I, II or III- ( ) County, located in ( ), Florida. As we discussed on the telephone, your interview in Gainesville will be on ( ) (itinerary enclosed). We are looking forward to your participation in Gainesville. We ask that you be prepared to present a short (10-15 min), informative seminar. Your topic should be related to commercial agriculture and should demonstrate your knowledge and ability to teach. Please contact our office if you will need equipment/supplies for the seminar.

If you are staying overnight, may we suggest staying overnight at Reitz Union (which is across from McCarty Hall - on campus). This would help with both travel time and parking difficulties (Reitz Union has parking available for guests, call 352-392-2151 for reservations).

Parking is a problem. If you choose not to stay at Reitz Union, try to arrive early in order to find parking. Official business parking permit should be acquired at the police station located on the corner of Newell Dr. and Museum Rd. (see map). Parking is available behind McCarty Hall (see map).
